JAKARTA, 31/3 - RANK HELA. Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Freddy Numberi, provided a press on fishing of fish vessels who conduct illegal fish export and about hela's use permit, in Jakarta, Monday (31/3). The Minister of Marine and Fishery commits to revoke the Regulation of Minister (Permen) Number 06 of 2008 concerning the Use of the Hela Fish Disclosure in the North Kalimantan Waters if the detrimental of traditional fishermen and damage the environment.
