The pedestrian runs on the side of the car rows that are parked on the road shoulder right in front of the office entrance of the Mayor Depok, Margonda, Jabar, Tuesday (5/3). A number of car riders take advantage of the road shoulder so that it triggers congestion with car bans into the Depok Mayor’s office complex every Tuesday called One Day No Car (ONDC).
