CASE OF TELKOMSEL

JAKARTA, 6/3 - KASUS PAILIT TELKOMSEL. Recruited PT Telkomsel Alex Sinaga (left) and Dirut PT Telecommunication Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Arief Yahya (right) followed the hearing meeting with the VI DPR Commission related to Telkomsel pailite cases in the Parliament Building, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (6/3). The VI DPR Commission asks the Ministry of BUMN to support the legal efforts of the Board of Directors of PT Telkom (Persero) Tbk and PT Telkomsel, conducts resistance to the inconsistency and the determination of the curator services and the cost of the inconsistency contrary to the laws and asas of justice.
