JAKARTA, 8/3 - BJ HABIBIE. The Minister of PPN/Bappenas Armida S. Alisjahbana provides a speech when the National Development Sarasehan of the Political Law of Defense and Security with the speaker of the former President BJ Habibie in Jakarta, Friday (8/3).
