JAKARTA,9/4- RUPS BAKRIELAND. President Director of PT Bakrieland Development Tbk Hiramsyah S.Thaib (center) accompanied by Coorporate Secretary Nuzirman Nurdin (left) and Chief Finance Officer Ferdinand Sadeli (right ) provided a statement to the general meetings of the Outstanding Shareholders (RUPS) in Jakarta, Wednesday (9/4). RUPS agreed to purchase 30 percent of Bakrieland shares by Limitless LCC which is a subsidiary of Dubai World worth 110 million US dollars and approved the acquisition of PT Satria Cita Perkasa for the development of Kanci-Pejagan toll road projects.
