JAKARTA, 27/3 - TEST OF DPD’s LIFE. Chairman of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) Irman Gusman (second left) as the applicant accompanied by the legal advisor of the Todung Mulya Lubis (second right) followed the Constitutional Court pleno hearing (MK) with the dismiss reading agenda in the MK building, Jakara, Wednesday (27/3). The MK in his decisions claims part of the Application of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) which submitted the judicial review of Law 27/2009 on MPR, DPR, DPD and DPRD as well as Law 12/2011 on the establishment of the Regulation of the Act of 1945 concerning the authority of the legislation of DPD.
