Judg an inactive ad hoc Court Tipikor Semarang, Kartini Julianna Magdalena Marpaung (left), which is the case of a stake of judges discussed with his legal advisor, before following an advanced hearing with the agenda of the disclaimer (pledoi), in the Semarang Tipikor Court, Jateng, Tuesday (2/4). In the previous hearing, the general prosecutor demanded a cartini with a sentence of 15 years of prison and fineness of Rp750 million subsider five months of prison, while the Corruption Empowerment Commission (KPK) still continues to develop investigations against the case and as many as 17 people have been asked for description, including the career judges of the Court Tipikor Pragsono and the replacement of Hartoyo.
