Couple Calon Governor and Deputy Governor of North Sumatra Effendi Symbolon (left) and Jumiran Abdi (right) accompanied by their legal ruler of Arteria Dahlan (mid) gave a brief description following the ruling of the Pilkada Sumut in the Constitutional Court (MK) Jakarta, Monday (15/4). MK rejects the Cagub and Cawagub pair of North Sumatra Effendi Symbolon-Jumiran Abdi because it is considered to have no strong legal evidence, and can not make MK as a whole.
