The President Commissioner of Bank Mega Chairul Tanjung (center), narrowed Dirut Bank Mega new Costaman Thayib (right) and Dirut old JB Kendarto in the general meeting of the annual shareholders and the general meeting of the outstanding shareholders of Bank Mega, in Jakarta, Wednesday (17/4). In addition to the replacement of the members of the Board of Directors, the RUPST and the Bank Mega GMS also set up share cash dividends, stock dividends and bonus stocks, so that the Bank Mega deposited capital grew from Rp1,8 trillion to Rp3,5 trillion, while the amount of stocks circulating increases from 3,6 billion sheets to 6,9 billion stock sheets.
