Makassar Mayor, Sulsel, Ilham Arief Siradjuddin (left) along the Vector UI Prof. Dr Gumilar Rusliwa Somantri (right) signed the MoU development of Human Resources (SDM) Region through the receipt of the UI in the University of Indonesia, Depok, Bogor, Wednesday (16/4).
