JAKARTA, 5/5 - METER PARKING SYSTEMS. The parking officers set the vehicle to be parked on the road shoulder in the New Market area, Jakarta, Sunday (5/5). Jakarta’s Provincial Government immediately implements a parking meter system to replace the ‘on street’ parking that often adds congestion in the city’s capital.
