SURABAYA, 5/5 - PARADE BUDAYA. A number of athletes of wheelchairs in people’s wayang figures, by wearing rollerblade slides on the street when following the Cultural and Flower Parade on Jl Tunjungan Surabaya, Sunday (5/5).
