LAUNCH OF CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

BPKN has launched a call center 153 service, to respond to public or consumer complaints, related to the rights to be accepted by consumers including safety, information, choose, the mechanism of dispute resolution is fair, basic needs, education and healthy environment.
