PK MATERIAL TEST

Former Chairman of KPK Antasari Azhar as the applicant attended the test proceedings of the material on the Back Review (PK) in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Wednesday (29/5). The case of murder of the Director of PT Putra Rajawali Banjaran (PRB) Nasrudin Zulkarnaen, Antasari Azhar filed the test of article 268 paragraph 3 Law No 8/1981 on KUHAP who stated the request of the Back Review (PK) can only be done once, which accordingly the article violates clause 24 and article 28A Constitution 1945.
