Athletes from Kenya, Silas Kipruto crosses the line of finis race "Jakarta International 10K 2013" on the international elite number of sons in Silang Monas, Central Jakarta, Sunday (23/6). Silas championed the race with a record of 29 minutes 17 seconds, while the international elite number of girls was won by Zakia Mohamed Mrisho with 33 minutes 34 seconds.
