PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION RATES RISE

Angkutan city (angkot) lined waiting for passengers in Padang Raya Market rounds, Sumbar, Sunday (23/6). Pasca increase in subsidized fuel prices, DPRD Padang set an average increase of 26 percent public transportation rates and 39 percent city buses, whereas the exchange rate is Rp3,500 for a distance of 19 km.
