The Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary & Commissioners of PT Electronic City Indonesia Tbk (from ki-ka) Made Agus Dwiyanto, Anita Angeliana Sitompul, Boris Sinaga and Yuli Soedargo, witnessed the premier offering of Electronic City, in Jakarta, Tuesday (25/6). On the stock quote that lasts 25-27 June 2013 the Electronic City offers as many as 333.333,000 stock sheets or about 25% of the total capital placed and fully deposited after the IPO at the price of Rp 4.050 per sheet.
