A number of participants to wear festive theme costumes, when following the Festival Yosakoi 2013 at Taman Surya Balai Kota Surabaya, Sunday (30/6). A total of 40 teams from Surabaya and various cities in Jatim, following the Yosakoi Festival from Kochi Japan in the framework of the Cultural Cross Festival (Cross Culture Fest) 2013.
