Asikin, Ketum Party Merdeka, Rosmawi Hasan and Chairman of PPIB, Sutjiadi Lukas as the applicant listened to his legal power exposure in the preliminary examination of the Act No 10/2008 material test on the Legislative Election in the Constitutional Court building, Jakarta, Thursday (8/5). A total of seven political parties who do not meet the electoral threshold 3 percent on the election 2004 submitted the Legislative Explosive Act Test especially in Article 316 letter d because it is considered contrary to the Constitution 1945.
