FISHING SHARK
Workers appoint sharks who are still intact with the fin before being dried in Muara Angke, North Jakarta, Tuesday (9/7). According to Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) data in 2010 that about 8,000 tons of dry shark fins are globally traded every year and Indonesia is in the top order of the 20 largest shark catcher countries in the world.
