A woman crosses among the local car (mobdin) from the official range of two and three eselon officials in the city’s Government environment in Surabaya, Jatim, Friday (2/8). According to the Mayor of Surabaya Tri Rismaharini, as many as 72 mobdins are prohibited for personal or savoury purposes or during joint cutions starting from 3-12 August 2013.
