TRADITION SUNGKEM TLOMPAK MERBABU

A number of people pray together around the spring of Tlompak during the Sungkem Tlompak tradition in Merbabu mountain slope, Dusun, Gejayan, Banyusidi, Pakis, Magelang, Jateng, Monday (12/8). The Sungkem Tlompak tradition is carried out by locals every fifth day of Lebaran to send prayers to the ancestors as well as as the application to God to be given safety, wellbeing and success in life.
