REPLACE JUDGE MK

The Constitution of Patrialis Akbar (left) rushed in the ceremony of voting in the presence of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in the State Palace, Tuesday (13/8). Akil Mochtar who also served the chairman of the MK replacing Mahfud MD, was the elected Constitutional Judge from the DPR line in 2008 and before the termn ended on August 16, 2013 the DPR decided to extend his term until 2018, while Mary Farida whose term ended on August 19, 2013 was re-appointed by the President to become the Constitutional Judge while Patrialis Akbar replaced the Achmad Sodiki whose term ended in August 2013.
