BALIEM VALLEY FESTIVAL

A number of people and children of Papua’s inland tribes gathered to follow the 12th Baliem Valley Cultural Festival in 2013 the 2nd day in Wosilimo District, Jayawijaya District, Papua, Tuesday (13/8). Dani tribes, Yali and Lani gathered on an annual cultural festival that lasts for these three days by wearing the distinctive attributes of their respective tribes displaying the attractions of wars between tribes, traditional music and dance, burning stones and pig racing.
