A customer service Esia employee serves customers in Gerai Esia in Jakarta, Wes (22/8). Esia managed to anticipate the traffic spikes in the celebration of Lebaran ago through server checking and base tranceiver station (BTS) regularly and managed to suppress customer complaints of voice services and messages via call center and Gerai Esia by 60% - 70%.
