MAHFUD MD NOT PARTICIPATE IN DEMOCRATIC CONVENTION

Former Chairman of the Constitutional Court Mahfud MD faced his hand asso as attending the Convention invitation of the President of the Democratic Party at Wisma Codel, Jakarta, Thursday (29/8). In the statement of Mahfud MD decided that he did not follow the Democratic Party Convention due to the question of the rights and obligations of the Democratic Party convention, especially after the finished convention and the winner was set as well as the results of the legislative elections already completed and the AD/ART of the Democratic Party ratified a different mechanism with the various explanations and oral assurance.
