INTERNATIONAL PORT IWAO CATHARA

The international harbour atmosphere "Iwao Kitahara" Oecusse, Timor Leste who was inaugurated by the Prime Minister of Timor Leste Xanana Gusmao, Friday (20/9). The harbor was built with the source of funds from the Japanese government about 120 billion Euro equivalent of Rp15 trillion with the former Japanese Dubes to Timor Leste Iwao Kitahara, which was enshrined as the name of the port.
