According to Menkeu, the Financial Checking Agency (BPK) again gives opinion disclaimer or not provide opinion on the Central Government Financial Statement (LKPP) in 2007 which is one of the reasons due to the limitation of the BPK examination of the taxation and the cost of the case in the Supreme Court.
