The President Director of PT Netway Utama Gani Abdul Gani was established with the legal advisor in the court of Tipikor, Jakarta, Monday (30/9). Gani was charged 10 years of prison and denda of Rp500 million on the procurement project corruption over the Roll Out-Customer Information System-Rencana Induk Information System (CIS-RISI) distribution in PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya-Tangerang distribution in 2004 until 2006, as well as the procurement of Customer Information Systems based on information technology in PT PLN (persero) Eastern Java distribution in 2004 until 2008.
