President Director of PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk, Sukrisno (center), Director of Operation, Milawarma (right) and Independent Commissioner, Abdul Latif established the Public Expose General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) in Jakarta, Thursday (29/5). BUMN engaged in the coal mining sector for the Year of the Book 2007 will share dividends of Rp380,10 billion or Rp164.97 per share which is 50 percent of the net profit of the company in 2007.
