Governor of West Java Ahmad Heryawan (left) and President Director of PT Panghegar Group Cecep Rukmana explained the signing plan of Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) of Bandung Raya Monorail Project in Bandung, Wednesday (2/10). The investment monorail project (Rp18 trillion) is fully from private China, including between 23 projects agreed in the Higher Conference (KTT) Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 21/2013 in Bali, the signing of its cooperation agreement will be implemented in the President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and President of China Xi Jinping in Jakarta, Thursday (3/10).
