JAKARTA, 2/5 - CHUSNUL BEBAS. KPU Chusnul Mar’iyah member sits when waiting for his upper wisdom in Central Jakarta District Court, Wednesday (2/5). Chusnul is stated freely because according to the jujelis of his deed judge who was accused to state a person’s good name is not a criminal act and is done for general interest, but the general prosecutor of the Jaksa stated that it would make a case for that judgment.
