Thousands of Tasikmalaya City residents of 10 Districts and Regional Device Organizations (OPD) Tasikmalaya City Government, following Ta'aruf’s office welcomed the new year of Islam or Muharam, on Jalan KH Hz Mustofa, Tasikmalaya, Jabar, Tuesday (5/11).
