The Entrepreneur of Hartati Murdaya held a dupa when preparing to do a swear while being witnessed at the hearing of the stake of the rights of Guna Usaha (HGU) plantations in Buol, Central Sulawesi with a former Director of PT Hardaya Inti Plantation, Totok Lestiyo in the Jakarta Tipikor Court, Thursday (7/11). The general prosecution presents witnesses including the owner of PT Hardaya Inti Plantation, Mapti Murdaya who has been divonis two years eight months of prison as well as the former Bupati Buol Amran Batalipu who has been divonis seven years six months of the same case.
