BEGINNERS VOTE

The scholarship of the Top Secondary School (SMA) followed the Socialization of the Beginners held by the General Selection Commission (KPU) of the Palu City, Central Sulawesi, Tuesday (12/11). The socialization is intended to increase the understanding and awareness and participation of voters as in the upcoming General Selection of 9 April 2014, about 25 percent of voters is a novice voter.
