Ten members of Delta Maniak (supporter club Deltras) showed a sense in front of the Sidoarjo Regency Pendopo, East Java, Monday (16/6) to demand the defrosting of PS Deltras’ disbursement fund of Rp 15 billion to the Sidoarjo Regent. The Sidoarjo Win Hendraso reserves rejecting the disbursement of the coaching fund because it is controlled by the Minister of Mendagri regulation that prohibits fund assistance to the football club.
