The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Dutch Development Cooperation Lilianne Ploumen exposes his views on Bali Trade and Development Symposium in the Conferences of the Ministry Level (KTM) to 9 WTO in Nusa Dua, Bali, Tuesday (3/12).
