SIDOARJO Vice President of PT Minarak Lapindo Jaya (MLJ) Andi Cana Tabussalla (right) blamed one of the representatives of the heat sludge victims combined with the Lapindo (GKLL) sludge bandage after the meeting to agreed the completion of the heat sludge case, in Sidoarjo, East Java, Thursday (26/6).
