JAKARTA, 26/1 - REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT. Jakarta's Governor Sutiyoso (centre) talks to West Java's Danny Setiawan (right) and Central Java's Mardiyanto after signing an agreement declaration of regional development planning by the governors of Java and Bali in Jakarta, January 25, 2007.
