ESTABLISHMENT OF JOINT VENTURE COMPANY

President Director of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk Dwi Soetjipto (right) and Dirut PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk Irvan K.Hakim is preparing to sign a joint venture agreement, PT Krakatau Semen Indonesia engaged in production of slag powder, in Jakarta, Friday (20/12). The cooperation of the joint ventures that process granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS) is planned starting early 2014 and targeted operations in 2016 with production capacity reached 750,000 tons and investments of Rp440 billion.
