VEGETABLE EXPORT POTENTIAL

BOGOR, 3/7- SAYUR EKSPOR CONFIGURATION. The head of the Taipei Trade and Economic Representative Office in Indonesia (TETO), Yang Chin Tien (center) witnessed the representative of TETO head, Li Tze Kang (left) and the IPB rector, Herry Suhardiyanto (right) gave a description to the journalists in the Development Center of Agribusiness owned by IPB and Taiwan Engineering Mission (ICDF) in Cikarawang, Bogor, Jabar, Thursday (3/7). According to TETO, Indonesia has a great potential for exporting vegetables to Taiwan, but the export potential is not optimally excavated because of the barriers on the quality side and continuity of supply, also domestic market demand is still very large.
