NEW YEAR'S EVE CULTURE PARADE

A young boy showed a fire on cultural parade when the Car Free Night (CFN) on Jl Raya Darmo Surabaya, Tuesday (31/12). The city government of Surabaya cooperates with Polrestabes Surabaya and Telkomsel held a Motorized Vehicle Free Night (CFN) at the 2014 New Year's Eve aimed at reducing accident figures and air pollution and sound caused by motor vehicles.
