Members of the Police showed the Javanese arak in fermentation with fruits when the home raid of the miras industry in Sambong Santren Village, Jombang, Jatim, Tuesday (7/1). In the raid the police secured the owner of the Saifudin Zuhri home industry (46) along with evidence items in the form of hundreds of oplosan miras liters that have been packaged in mineral water bottles as well as gallon contains the miras of Javanese arak which is still in the stage of fermentation with fruits to add aromas as well as add alcohol levels due to fruit fermentation.
