SELECTION OF AGUNG JUDGE

Calon Hakim Agung H.Sunarto (left) followed the selection of Supreme Judge in the presence of the DPR III Commission in the Parliament Building, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday (23/1). Based on the decision of the Constitutional Court on the test of the material of a number of articles in Law 3/2009 on the Supreme Court and Law 18/2011 on the Yudisial Commission (KY), the DPR is no longer authorized to select the prospective judge of the agung and is only obtained or reject.
