TEST TRIAL OF UU ORMAS MATERIAL

Chairman of the Constitutional Court (MK) Hamdan Zoelva (center) accompanied by the Constitutional Justice of Arif Hidayat (left) and Ahmad Fadlil Sumadi (right) led a review hearing of Law No17 in 2013 on the Organization of Kemasyarakatan (ormas) in MK, Jakarta, Monday (27/1). The applicant originated from a number of ormas among other Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) and the Indonesian Legal Aid Board Foundation (YLBHI) has suspended a number of articles in the Law which is assessed to violate the freedom of association and not in accordance with the 1945 Constitution.
