TEST TRIAL OF UU ORMAS MATERIAL

Members of the DPR who have been a member of the Pansus RUU Ormas DPR, Indra became witness in the junction of the Law Number 17 of 2013 on the Organization of Kemasyarakatan (Ormas) in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (28/1). The applicant originated from a number of ornaments including PP Muhammadiyah, Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) and Yayasan Indonesia Legal Aid Institute (YLBHI) claimed a number of articles in the Law that was assessed to violate the freedom of association and not in accordance with the 1945 Constitution.
