The applicant originated from a number of ornaments including PP Muhammadiyah, Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) and Yayasan Indonesia Legal Aid Institute (YLBHI) claimed a number of articles in the Law that was assessed to violate the freedom of association and not in accordance with the 1945 Constitution.
