EDUCATIONAL BUDGET

Reflection of the video when the Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani Indrawati gave his description and arguments in front of the Tests of the Law No.16/2008 on the Budget of State Revenue and Shopping (APBN) submitted by the Managing of the Master of the Republic of Indonesia (PGRI) in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (15/7). PGRI declared an educational budget that only reaches approximately 15.6 percent of APBN is still under the constitutional provision of 20 percent of APBN so it is contrary to Article 31 paragraphs (4) Constitution 1945.
