EDUCATIONAL BUDGET

JAKARTA, 15/7 - RESPONSIBILITY. The Chairman of the PB Association of the Republic of Indonesia (PGRI), Sulistiyo (left) accompanied by the legal power of PGRI, Andi M. Asrun (center) and Chairman of PB PGRI, Abdul Aziz Hoesein as the applicant provided the description of the Test of the Law No.16/2008 concerning the State Budget (APBN) in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (15/7). PGRI declared an educational budget that only reaches approximately 15.6 percent of APBN is still under the constitutional provision of 20 percent of APBN so it is contrary to Article 31 paragraphs (4) Constitution 1945.
