Chairman of the West Papua DPRD, Joseph Yohan Auri (right) blamed the judge of the divonis punishment of 15 months and the fineness of Rp 50 million, the subside of 2 months of the rate by the Tipikor Court in the Class 1A Jayapura District Court, Monday (10/2).
